Give each property its own brief
A portfolio total is useful, but it does not explain the work at each home. Identify properties with a simple reference name, bedroom and bathroom counts, sleeping arrangements, and any spaces outside the usual layout. Include the general location so service-area suitability can be checked personally.
Separate the homes you want to discuss now from possible future additions. That distinction gives the quote conversation a defined starting point without treating your entire pipeline as confirmed work.
Decide who owns each part of the handoff
Before comparing proposals, assign responsibility for communicating guest departures, approving changes, and deciding what happens when a property needs more than the agreed clean. Name one operational contact and identify who can authorize additional work or expense.
Do not bundle unrelated duties under a vague instruction to make the home guest-ready. Laundry, linen replacement, supply replenishment, condition reporting, and inspections each need a separate discussion. Their appearance in your management checklist does not make them Lamarks inclusions.
Share schedule needs without assuming capacity
Provide expected turnover dates and identify dates when several managed homes may need attention. Distinguish confirmed guest times from provisional information. Ask how requests, changes, and confirmations should be exchanged; do not assume your booking software connects to Lamarks.
In a hypothetical portfolio handoff, two homes have confirmed departure times while a third has a pending reservation. Labeling the third as provisional lets everyone discuss the real requirement instead of treating three appointments as secured.
Review the proposed cleaning arrangement
Compare the requested work with the proposed scope property by property. Look for unanswered questions rather than assuming a shared definition of turnover cleaning. Ask how an unusually heavy clean would be assessed and who should receive any questions before work changes.
Confirm the final price, applicable taxes, extras, availability, and any agreed communication arrangements personally. Ask whether invoicing by property or another reference is possible if your owner accounts require it; no particular billing arrangement is assumed here.
Request a portfolio cleaning discussion
Use the quote form to summarize your portfolio, the first properties under consideration, and the dates you want to discuss. Keep the initial request short enough to review. Operational details can be clarified after contact, using an agreed channel for any sensitive access information.
A submitted request starts a conversation. It does not reserve a team, confirm a turnover window, or establish recurring availability. Laura and Marcelo will need to confirm the arrangement personally.
Questions you may have
Does Lamarks work with property management businesses?
Yes. Lamarks supports property managers as well as private vacation-home owners. Share your property mix and requested arrangement so suitability, scope, and availability can be discussed.
Can our reservation system schedule cleaning automatically?
Do not assume a software connection or automatic scheduling. Ask how to send turnover requests and how each appointment will be confirmed.
Can we send one request for several properties?
Yes. Summarize the homes in your quote request, keeping their details separate. A portfolio request does not confirm service or capacity for every property.
