Indicative USD starting prices
The rate guide gives you a starting point for an initial budget. Choose the bedroom count that describes the property, then explain any features the count leaves out. A home with extra bathrooms, multiple sleeping areas, or substantial shared spaces needs more context than a bedroom total alone.
The mansion range is a guide for an individual assessment, not a fixed ceiling. If your property does not fit a listed category, request a quote rather than extending the scale yourself.
| Standard-home bedrooms | Starting estimate (USD) |
|---|---|
| 3 | USD $144 |
| 4 | USD $185 |
| 5 | USD $226 |
| 6 | USD $268 |
| 7 | USD $309 |
| 8 | USD $350 |
| 9 | USD $350 |
Indicative starting estimates, not fixed booking prices. An ordinary 8–9-bedroom home is not assessed as a mansion. Mansions have an indicative USD $400–$500 guide and need an individual assessment. Other sizes need a personal quote. Confirm the scope, taxes, extras, final price and availability with Lamarks.
Use the cleaning calculatorDescribe what the number cannot show
Tell Laura and Marcelo about the layout, bathroom count, additional beds, current condition, and any areas you want considered. Mention concerns such as accumulated buildup or a long gap since the last clean. These details help define the request; they do not establish which tasks Lamarks will accept or include.
For a hypothetical comparison, two homes have the same bedroom count, but one has more bathrooms and a separate guest suite. They should not be treated as identical requests simply because the initial rate category matches.
Separate cleaning from other turnover costs
Write down whether you need to discuss laundry, linen changes, supply replenishment, inspections, or deeper cleaning. Ask whether each requested task can be provided and how it would be priced. None is automatically included by appearing in a host's turnover plan.
Distinguish a cleaning quote from the full cost of preparing a rental between guests. If you purchase supplies yourself or arrange another provider for a task, keep that expense separate when reviewing your own operating budget.
Compare totals only after comparing scope
A lower figure is hard to evaluate when one proposal leaves key tasks unresolved. Put the same property description and requested work in front of each provider. Ask what the quoted amount covers, what remains excluded, and how changes would be agreed.
Check whether applicable taxes and any agreed extras are reflected in the final amount. Do not infer them from a starting estimate. Also confirm whether the proposed date is available; a price discussion alone does not secure an appointment.
Turn the estimate into a useful quote request
Include the general location, bedrooms, bathrooms, requested date, known guest times, and a plain description of the work. Flag anything outside a normal between-stay clean before asking for a final figure.
Use the existing form to request a quote, not to confirm a booking. Wait for personal confirmation of the price and arrangement before treating the clean as scheduled.
Questions you may have
Is the displayed estimate my final cleaning price?
No. It is an indicative USD starting estimate. The property's details, agreed work, extras, applicable taxes, and availability need personal confirmation.
Is laundry or restocking covered by the bedroom-based rate?
Do not assume either is included. Describe the task you need and ask whether it is available, within scope, and reflected in the final quote.
What if my property is outside the listed bedroom sizes?
Send its actual details for an individual quote. Do not invent a rate by extending the table or treating the mansion guide as a maximum.
